Miryam Monasterios, originally from Venezuela, finds her "great inspiration [in] the body of the human and the blue colors of the sea. This has direct repercussions on [her] works: the waves of the sea, the caresses of the wind and the intensity of the sunlight."
Light is a very important part of Miryam's artistry. "For this reason, [she] chose glass as a working element because it allows the light to shine, and according to the colours used, it reflects the color palette that emerges untouchable and virtual."
Her work can be found in Curaçao, Aruba, Dominican Republic, Panama, Venezuela and across the United States.
